These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jata99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By using the jata99 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

jata99 operates as a safe and reliable platform and follows SSL encryption and fair play principles. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes only, and responsible gaming is a core part of our values.

To register and use jata99, the following conditions must be met:

Minors opening accounts is strictly prohibited. If anyone opens an account with a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Only

Only one account per person is allowed. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses will be withdrawn. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be treated as belonging to the same person.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Accounts opened with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support immediately. jata99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3.4 KYC Verification

jata99 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide government-issued documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at jata99. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Before depositing funds into your account, make sure you are using the correct payment reference and account number. jata99 is not responsible for delayed deposits caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account has sufficient verified funds. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings related to bonuses (see Section 5 for details). jata99 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jata99 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• The bonus applies only once per user.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• jata99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The jata99 VIP Program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

By staying regularly active, you can gradually advance to higher tiers.

The following behaviour is completely prohibited while participating on the jata99 platform:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform's gaming system or software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or third-party software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Impersonating jata99 staff.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to take advantage of the platform.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, jata99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all funds.

jata99 is committed to fair play. All games available on our platform are developed by trusted providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means the outcome of every game is completely random and independent.

7.1 Game Providers

Our platform features content from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game stops mid-way due to a technical error or disconnection, the game result is generally saved automatically. However, if a game round is not completed and the bet amount has been deducted, please contact the support team.

7.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, official match results are considered final. Betting is available on international events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and FIFA. If a match is cancelled or unresolved, the bet is generally refunded.

• Loss of games or bets due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or errors related to third-party services (payment gateways, banks, etc.).
• Financial loss caused by user negligence or submission of incorrect information.
• Loss occurring during unexpected technical failures or maintenance downtime.

In any circumstance, jata99's total liability will in no case exceed the total amount of the relevant transaction.

jata99 reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining parts will remain fully valid and enforceable.
